We are committed to our designs and look forward to building your confidence in us and working together.

We also believe that the renovation process should be educational and (gasp!) fun. Yes, we are professionals and experts in our field, but we understand the importance of making the experience enjoyable and engaging for our clients. We strive to create a collaborative atmosphere where your ideas are valued, and you can learn along the way, ensuring that the journey is just as rewarding as the final result.

We guide our clients through each step of their project.

We prioritize quality in every aspect of our work:

  • from our design, products, to the process itself.

  • taking the time to understand our clients' needs

  • translating them into thoughtful designs.

We strive to make the most of the resources available to each client. We are passionate about sharing our expertise and insights to make this journey smoother and more enjoyable.

Our strength lies and translating them into thoughtful designs. We strive to make the most of the resources available to each client, creating spaces that are not only beautiful and organized but also functional for years to come.

About Traci

Growing up with three electricians, I gained hands-on experience in home renovation projects, which sparked my passion for real estate investment. For two decades, my husband and I have focused on renovating investment properties. And along the way I created a company working as a Kitchen & Bath Designer.

After earning my bachelor's degree, I obtained my Kitchen and Bath Certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). This certification reflects my completion of accredited continuing education, over 13 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry, and expertise in product selection and space planning, solidifying my status as a certified professional.

My work has been recognized with published photographs of kitchen designs in the Wolf-Sub Zero National Kitchen Design Contest, showcasing my skillful integration of functionality, aesthetics, and superior appliance use. Additionally, my designs and cabinetry have been featured in magazines such as This Old House, Good Housekeeping and Modern Farmhouse Style, to name a few.

My work has taken me up and down the East Coast, from the Florida Keys and Johnson City, TN, to the Tri-State area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, the Catskills of New York, and Block Island.

A self-proclaimed ‘beach bum,’ I spend most summer weekends at the shore. Whether surrounded by my beloved family or reading a book snuggled up with my chocolate lab, Frank, that I feel most at home. However, I also have a passion for European travel whenever the opportunity arises.

FAQS

What is the turnaround time to get a design?

Our typical turnaround time is 48-72 hours. However, we understand that some projects require urgent attention, and we’re happy to adjust to meet your schedule and prioritize your needs.

Is there a cost for the design?

No, there is no cost for the design. My income comes from the cabinetry I sell to you or your client, allowing me to provide design services without an additional fee.

What is your process? How do you work?

This part is simple! I adapt to your preferences and how you’re most comfortable working.

Here’s an overview of the typical approaches:

1. Design and Quote from Your Measurements - Some contractors provide me with measurements, and I handle the rest—creating a design and generating a cabinet quote.

2. Full-Service Client Support - If you prefer, I can take care of the entire process. I’ll contact your clients directly, arrange a home visit* to take measurements, create the design, and provide pricing. I offer flexible purchase options: contractor pricing directly to you or client pricing with the potential for a kickback to you. The pricing can be tailored to benefit either you or your client, depending on your preference.

3. Comprehensive Full-Service Solutions* - I also provide a complete package that includes on-site consultations, custom designs, and project management to ensure a seamless and hassle-free process from start to finish. No matter which option you choose, my goal is to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.

* Fees apply.

$150 For an in-home consultation/measurement <20 miles

$175 For home visits 21 miles and more.

Full-Services vary depending on the scope of the project. Let's talk!
